Preventative Maintenance Checklist

Our maintenance plans cover your full HVAC system so you can rest easy knowing your system is running smoothly and efficiently all year long.

  • Inspect the cleanliness and overall condition of the blower motor/wheel.
  • Inspect all wiring for proper and loose connections.
  • Inspect the condition of the evaporator coil.
  • Inspect drain lines/pan for blockage.
  • Test and inspect all capacitors.
  • Take ohm reading on contactors and inspect contacts.
  • Take amp draw readings on all motors and compressors.
  • Inspect and clean the condenser coil.
  • Check pressure readings on the system/check proper freon levels.
  • Inspect the disconnect/fuse box for the outdoor unit.
  • Test functionality of strip heat.
  • Cycle all stages and inspect the flame consistency of burners/exchangers.
  • Inspect cleanliness and design to prevent fire hazards of draft/flue.
  • Clean the flame sensor and test each ignition sequence.
